Position Title

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, supportive guest experience from check-in to check-out.

As the Community Engagement & Partnerships Coordinator at Z Beauty Collective, you help extend our mission of elevated care, intentional education, and healthy hair beyond the studio. You build and nurture relationships with local organizations, brands, and community members to create meaningful experiences, events, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with local organizations, schools, salons, and community groups aligned with our values.
• Coordinate community events, workshops, and pop-ups that highlight healthy hair education and Z Beauty Collective services.
• Support planning and promotion for in-studio events, classes, and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to create educational content and resources for guests and the wider community.
• Track and organize partnership details, contacts, and follow-ups to maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
• Gather feedback from partners and attendees to improve future events and initiatives.
• Represent Z Beauty Collective with warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all community-facing activities.
Qualifications
